The Spring holidays are over. However, some of us had no opportunity to have some Spring Break adventure and still would like to spend one of the remaining weekends of May enjoying the views of a foreign city. I suggest to check five affordable European destinations with a great weather for a trip for a weekend getaway.

So, five destinations:

1. Sorrento, Campania, Italy

A pleasant place on the rocky peninsula with a very nice architecture, shops and outdoor cafes. Sorrento is just less than an hour away from the Naples Airport. This is a picturesque town filled with charming streets, blooming gardens, pleasant beaches and beautiful hillsides. If you are a historic sites lover, this city is a jumping-off point for visiting Pompeii and island of Capri. Don’t forget to visit Museo Correale di Terranova and watch the sunset from atop the hill, you will enjoy a stunning view for sure!

    • I’m so glad you like it. I think these two destinations you’ve mentioned are great choice for a honeymoon. There are a lot of beaches and also plenty of places to see and visit. And spending a honeymoon by the sea? It’s so romantic 😉
