Zucchini burger

In today’s post I’ve decided to talk about food. I love to eat and junk food is pretty frequent in our  menus. I’m trying to lose some weight, but I can’t help it. I really enjoy eat fried stuff, meat, cheese and baked stuff.
But sometimes, I feel myself quite bored in preparing the same old dishes every week and I really want to try something new and preferably something edible for my husband (!!!He is really picky about food!!!).

So, browsing online I found a recipe of Zucchini Hamburgers with Tuna fish.Firstly everyone at home hesitated about this idea. But somehow my intuition told my to take all the risks (even if that meant to eat the whole batch alone).
Sometimes it’s really great to trust your intuition. The hamburgers turned out to be so delicious, that my husband yeyyed when he asked me what was for a dinner the day after.

This recipe is quite easy and it takes 15-20 minutes to prepare (plus cooking time).

All what you need is: 

1 Zucchini;
2 Cans of Tuna Fish (ca. 160 g.)
2 Eggs;
100 g Breadcrumbs;
1 Onion;
2-3 Garlic Cloves;
40 g Flour;
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder;
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil;
Salt & Pepper;
Aromatic Herbs like Coriander and Parsley.

The procedure is easy:

Et voilá! 
Serve with some Rice and Salad.
