Hello Blooming Worlders!
It’s Friday! Finally! I’ve never craved so much for a Friday. It’s been a pretty rough week. Lots of work mixed with troubles, misunderstandings and chaos. You know that feeling when you just want to back out and say to everyone “F*** **f” and just go away and leave it all behind? Yeah, that’s the feeling! But the most important thing is to be confident about everything you do. Just let all the storm to calm down and take a full advantage of your upcoming weekend!
“Give your weekend a fresh start!”
Don’t spend too much time in your bed. Usually when I sleep a little bit longer than usual, my energy just drops down and instead of a fully-charged feeling, I look and feel like a zombie version of Energizer Bunny. So, get out of your bed. Make you a fresh coffee (or something of your preference) and sit on the terrace. Close your eyes and enjoy every sip, letting the cool of the morning tickle your skin. Don’t think. Just enjoy the moment and feel the peace and energy growing inside you.
“Be creative with your Breakfast”
Try something new or experiment with the usual. Want some pancakes for your breakfast? Great! How about adding something new to your recipe? Check out this Simply Delicious Food post, for some ideas.
“Be with whom you love the most”
What’s the better way to find some comfort after a struggling weekend? Spend time with your family and friends. Cook a lunch or a dinner and bring them on together. Or challenge them for some dinner and movie night out or few drinks in a local bar or coffeeshop. Spend your weekend laughing instead of overthinking, cause doing all of what I mentioned will recharge your body and soul for the whole next weekend!
So, just enjoy it!
